1. General provisions
These rules establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, item ordering and payment terms, item delivery and return procedures, responsibilities of the parties in accordance with applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
During registration of the product Buyer must check the box “I agree” and upon pressing “Signup” confirm that he has read these rules and agrees with them.
2. Protection of personal data
Your personal data (name, address, e-mail etc.) will be used in fulfilling your orders, and contacting you in case of any questions. We undertake not to disclose your personal information to third parties. This commitment is void in cases provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Ordering of items and conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement
The contract between Buyer and Seller is concluded from the moment when the buyer chooses the items, places them to the card and clicks on the link “Confirm Order”.
The Seller is entitled to cancel the order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer chooses a payment method described in the rules but does not pay for the items within 5 working days.
Payments for the items can be made in one of the following ways:
4.1. By bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, transfer the money into our account in a usual way: login to your bank's online system, make a prepayment according to our invoice or go to your chosen bank branch and make a prepayment according to our invoice.
4.2. PayPal – Visa, MasterCard and other payment cards. If you choose this method of payment for the items, you will be redirected to the PayPal banking system.
4.3. Paysera.lt (Mokėjimai.lt) – Banks, Maxima, Rkiosk and others. If you choose this method of payment for the items, you will be redirected to Paysera.lt (Mokėjimai.lt) banking system. If you choose this method of payment for your items, www.mokejimai.lt will be responsible for your data security. This system is managed by EVP International, UAB Mėnulio g. 7, LT-04326 Vilnius, Lithuania.
5. Delivery of items
5.1. All ordered items will be delivered with the parcel track number. Depending on the country to which the items are sent, they can be delivered by courier or registered mail.
5.2. The Buyer understands and agrees that in exceptional cases deliveries may be delayed and delivered later than specified on their webpage of www.cozywood.com due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree about the delivery issues.
5.3. In case of incorrect delivery address, telephone or if you do not collect your parcel within 30 days, it is returned back to our office and stored for 12 months from the date of dispatch. During this period you can collect it at our office or pay for shipping once again and the shipment will be sent again.
6. Returning the goods
6.1. The Buyer can return or change the items following order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 “On the approval of the item exchange and return regulations” and order No 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 17 August 2001 “On the approval of the regulations for the provision of item sale services where contracts are made using the means of communication”.
6.2. If you want to return a product, you can do it within 7 working days of receipt. Return is not possible for individual orders (i.e., the customer purchased a customised item created according to his preferences).
6.3. If you want to return the item (s), report it by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your name, order no., product name, invoice no., which you have received with the goods, the reason for return, as well as the bank account no., where we should transfer your money.
6.4. The returned item must be intact, of merchantable appearance, unused, and with undamaged label. The item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. If some components and missing in the item, or if it is damaged, untidy, improperly packaged, the seller has the right not to accept the returned item and not to return the money paid by the Buyer for it. Money for the delivery is not returned.
6.5. Money paid by the buyer for the goods returned according to these rules shall be reimbursed within 2-7 working days from the date of delivery of the items to the Seller.
6.6. If a different item, or item of substandard quality is returned, we undertake to collect these items and replace them with similar items or, at the Buyer’s choice, to return the money paid for the items. Cost of return shall be borne by the seller.
7. Final provisions
7.1. All disputes arising in respect of the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If the parties fail to agree, the disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
